Before you proceed

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.

  • All pet profiles and photos
  • All feeding and water records
  • All health records (symptoms, vaccines, vet visits)
  • All AI chat history
  • Subscription will end at current period (no refund)

Delete via App (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your account is through the PetDocs app:

  1. 1Open PetDocs app
  2. 2Go to Settings → Profile
  3. 3Scroll down to "Danger Zone"
  4. 4Tap "Delete My Account"
  5. 5Follow the verification steps

Delete by Email

If you can't access the app, open a prepared email to request account deletion. We'll verify account ownership before deleting any data.

Please include

  • The email address registered to your PetDocs account
  • A clear confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted
  • Your reason for leaving, if you'd like to share it

For your security, never include your password, verification code, payment details, or medical documents in the email.
